Terms of Service

This agreement outlines how to use MobileTopup (the service) and the responsibilities of both parties. Creating an account or using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

1. The service

The service is an online platform for sending airtime and data bundles to prepaid mobile numbers in other countries. Top-ups are applied according to the recipient’s operator’s terms (validity, usage, taxes).

2. Account

  • Accounts are created and logged in using a single account token generated in your browser.
  • The service does not store the original token. It’s your responsibility to keep the token secure, and lost tokens cannot be reissued.
  • You can create up to 3 accounts on the same network.
  • You cannot use someone else’s account or buy/sell accounts.

3. Credits

  • Top-ups are paid for using credits. Credits can be topped up via 12 methods on the payment page.
  • Bonuses are only added to your first credit top-up and are credited separately once confirmed, exclusively for mobile top-ups.
  • Credits and bonuses are funds used for mobile top-ups within the service. They cannot be converted to cash or crypto or transferred to other accounts.
  • Deposits that don’t match the instructed network or amount may be delayed or not processed.

4. Sending top-ups

  • Please verify the country, number, operator, and amount before sending. The top-up is sent to the number and operator you provide.
  • Once the operator accepts the top-up, it becomes part of the recipient’s balance or plan and cannot be refunded.
  • If the operator doesn’t accept the top-up, the payment is refunded to your credit instantly.
  • For PIN-based products, the recipient enters the PIN shown in your recharge history after payment.

5. Support

  • Submit inquiries as tickets via the Support section in your dashboard, and check responses there.
  • Inquiries and API access are available for accounts with a confirmed first credit top-up.
  • Support tickets must be in English.

6. Pricing

All products have fixed USD prices, and the amount shown at checkout is final. Prices and products may change based on operator conditions, with updated prices displayed before payment.

7. Prohibited activities

Accounts involved in prohibited activities may be suspended.

  • Adding credit with illegally obtained funds
  • Making excessive automated calls that disrupt the service
  • Repeatedly sending unwanted top-ups to others' numbers

8. Terms changes

Updated terms will be posted here with the last modified date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
