In countries where operators have different number formats, the operator is automatically selected when you enter the number. In countries with shared formats, you’ll see a list of operators to choose from.
If the recipient has switched operators, select their current one. Asking them directly is the most accurate.
5. Choose the amount or data plan
Airtime top-ups add a fixed amount in local currency to the prepaid balance. The recipient can use it for calls, texts, data, or subscribing to plans.
Data plans activate directly on the recipient’s number with set data and validity periods. No separate subscription is needed. Each amount shows the local value received and validity period.
6. Send the top-up
Click 'Send top-up' to deduct the payment from your credit and send the top-up to the operator. Most top-ups reflect in seconds, and the recipient gets a confirmation SMS from their operator.
If the operator doesn’t accept the top-up, the payment is refunded to your credit instantly.
7. Resend instantly next time
Sent numbers are saved under 'Saved numbers' in your recharge history. Click a saved number to pre-fill the country, number, operator, and last amount, then just click 'Send top-up'. Add names to numbers to avoid confusion with multiple family members.
